I discovered yoga when experiencing the negative effects of a punishing professional schedule and nursing repetitive injuries from many years of sporting activity. The practice became life changing for me and I want to share that with you through my teaching. I have been trained by Jason Crandell and Caroline Lazelle and teach with a strong focus on anatomy. I'm passionate about sports and have a particular interest in helping stressed / active yogis find a more balanced and easeful approach to using their body as well as working on mindfulness techniques for sports performance. When I am not on the mat, I love to hike, swim, surf, run and play tennis.
